- Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of purchase or receipt, for unused, unopened products with original packaging.
- Proof of purchase, a receipt or invoice, is required.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return or refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days after product inspection and approval.
- Custom orders or clearance items are non-refundable.
- Gifty Beauty Store will not be responsible for costs incurred during returns.
