RETURN POLICY
Items purchased from the online store are eligible for return if some conditions are met;
- if customer gets the wrong item
- if the customer gets a damaged or faulty item
- if item Received is not as described or advertised
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
- If conditions for return are met, the customer gets a replacement of the return item
- Only in event when the returned items is not available or out of stock, can the customer request for a change of product or full refund
- An exchange or refund is only valid within 48hrs for lagos customers and 4 days for outside lagos customers after items has been delivered , after stimulated time, the exchange become void.
- Return/exchange/refund is not available for walk in orders. Please always inspect your purchase upon pickup
